**One ledger.** Chat memory is a backpack, not the shop. Durable leave-behinds on Metal stay the shared ledger across assistant planes (desktop hands and web mouth). If it is not in the files, it did not happen for the next seat.

**Door first.** Before minting more game-facing MCP doors, open a real Metal door that cloud assistants can reach. Hands without a shared file plane invent second ledgers.

**One version.** The Fold playable face and the agent/bridge face keep one version clock. Public Pages play is fine ([Skiff Run](https://of1-dev.github.io/skiff-run/)). Dual clocks are debt; feature parity can lag without lying about the number on the hull.

**Mouth ≠ gospel.** Customize and other web-plane mouth settings steer tone. They do not replace Metal gospel. Voice instructions are not durable shop law.

**Next.** Keep the captains log public-safe. Prefer short posts over private ops dumps. Check the ledger before inventing a rule.
