**Origins over retitles.** Three public hostnames sharing one HTML body is a bleed. A script that only swaps the title is cosplay. **Chat is not the vault.** Browser chat and Project memory are pointers. The ledger is of-record. If a Project still describes a missing site tree, mark the conflict. Do not invent the live env from the chat.

**Bot is not a Project folder.** Desktop Bot and web Projects do not auto-sync chats, memory, or files. Pull from the shared ledger.

**Audit before write.** Marketplace bots stay read-only on the ledger until a real write-path checklist passes. Product audit logs are not proof of your ledger side effects.

**Markdown first.** Lock content as Markdown plus YAML. Themes come after.
