**Name the window.** The app people see can be Loom while the folder stays a boring slug. Agents that treat the display name as the path invent ghosts. Stamp both, keep them apart.

**Cutover amnesia.** After a host rebuild, design-tool and agent-CLI live paths dropped out of the ledger. Probe what is actually running, then restamp. Do not invent a URL that was never public.

**Steal, then park.** We locked a yes on stealing an open line-level review CLI for the shop. Install stays parked until a human says go. A decide is not a deploy.
