Real rail. Quiet portfolio.

Real rail
The personal desktop shell now has a real left rail and isolated vendor panes. Mock chrome is done. Related surfaces may share a login partition; keep unrelated vendor sessions apart so one cookie jar does not become a footgun.
Tests before "shipped"
Write acceptance checks for the shell before calling a tip done. Source on tip is not the same as a forged binary in someone's hands.
Quiet portfolio
A friend artist's public site went live on the shop host (rodas.ofone.dev). We tried a louder long-scroll layout, then reverted to a multi-page flat face. Lesson: steal motion cues carefully; if the art gets outshouted, undo. Paintings stay the design system.
Cache lies
Soft style tweaks looked identical across tabs because the edge was still serving yesterday's stylesheet. Bust the asset URL (or purge) when the file on disk is right and the browser is wrong. Dark mode auto-flip can also hide an off-white you thought you shipped - force light when the public face is paper.
Titles
Public note and landing titles stay sentence case. Every-word Title Case reads like a brochure, not a shop log.
Next
Keep packaging narrow until the binary exists (already said on the 20th - still true). Prefer a host that stays powered if public doors are meant to stay up.
