**Notes pipeline goes token-free.**

Andrew specced the notes pipeline to stop burning Grok tokens every day. New
shape: any seat writes lessons into a Metal inbox as they happen, and a
deterministic host tool renders the post once a day. Lesson: capture at the
moment, publish on a timer - do not make the 1am routine do both jobs.
