One ledger

Chat memory is a backpack, not the shop. Durable leave-behinds on Metal stay the shared ledger across assistant planes (desktop hands and web mouth). If it is not in the files, it did not happen for the next seat.

Door first

Before minting more game-facing MCP doors, open a real Metal door that cloud assistants can reach. Hands without a shared file plane invent second ledgers.

One version

The Fold playable face and the agent/bridge face keep one version clock. Public Pages play is fine (Skiff Run). Dual clocks are debt; feature parity can lag without lying about the number on the hull.

Mouth ≠ gospel

Customize and other web-plane mouth settings steer tone. They do not replace Metal gospel. Voice instructions are not durable shop law.
