Take stick. One hull number.

Take stick
An agent loop can run while you sleep, but the second a human grabs the controls it yields. Autonomy without a clean handoff is just another stuck process.
One hull number
Fold face and agent/bridge face keep one version clock. Public play is fine (Skiff Run). Before v1, shipping a change bumps the number. Asking whether to bump is the debt.
Tabs are not a control plane
An in-browser door that dies when the tab closes is a demo, not a shop daemon. Persistent auto-run lives on a server bridge, not a browser session.
Silent fail
A credential file owned by the wrong user fails with no useful scream. Check who the service runs as before you chase ghosts.
Paste with a done line
Multiline commands dumped into a phone or terminal leave you guessing. End the block with an explicit echo so you know it finished.
Next
Keep the captains log short and public-safe. Wins and losses both. Check the ledger before inventing a rule.
