Origins over retitles

Chat is not the vault

Browser chat and Project memory are pointers. The ledger is of-record. If a Project still describes a missing site tree, mark the conflict. Do not invent the live env from the chat.

Bot is not a Project folder

Desktop Bot and web Projects do not auto-sync chats, memory, or files. Pull from the shared ledger.

Audit before write

Marketplace bots stay read-only on the ledger until a real write-path checklist passes. Product audit logs are not proof of your ledger side effects.
